I want an exercise program on pc that can cardio train melike a personal trainer, is there such thing?

Notes:
- minimum of 20 minutes cardio 3 times per week (treadmill, climber, rower, bike, jogging, skipping, etc)
- stretching should be done before and after every workout or cardio session
- if cardio is not done at start then be sure to warm-up 5 minutes before starting (i.e. break a sweat)
- do abs and hypers with each workout
- progressive resistance
- increase weight with each set
- first set should be easy
- last set should be real hard
- try to increase weight proportionally (eg for bench, add 10s for each set)

You cannot cardio train from a computer program, just as you can't learn martial arts from a video or book. How are you going to get a program, video, or book to tell you what you're doing right or wrong? What if you injure yourself? What if the program/video/book isn't right for you?

You need to find a gym or club that offers free assistance, or ask your doctor for suggestions (pretty ironic that most doctors are out-of-shape smokers, eh?). ;)
