Zits and other facial problems are a big issue on this website; a day doesn't go by when dozens of such questions are posted. Don't believe me? Just enter "zit" or "pimple" (without the quotes) into the Yahoo Answers "Search for questions" box, at the top of most of YA's pages (you're supposed to do that before you ask the question; that's why they give MINUS five points for each asked question; not that anyone seems to care, apparently!).
Regardless, since you didn't describe the "pimple", there is no way that anyone can help you. For all we know, it's a birthmark, scar, or something else that can't be treated, or it's a wart, tumor, or other problem that may need medical attention. Even if you gave a description, there is no way anybody could offer anything more than advice, which could be totally wrong. Some askers use the word "zit", so that the rest of us could assume it's just a typical teenage problem.

Toothpaste helps dry them out and lighten them. I usuall put it on overnight and wash it away in the morning it works well.

whatever you do do not pick at it.It can give you cancer.Just let it go away by its self.
