For those who are not familar with Mr. Freezes they are basically flavoured ice and have very little calories (1.8 a pop!) Would the theory that drinking ice cold water burns calories (for those who don't believe me read this link http://health.howstuffworks.com/question447.htm) also apply to eating these ice pops so? Obviously it would not be a large amount of calories burnt, but still!

Go back to the site you linked to, and actually read it. The Calorie used to measure food value is NOT THE SAME as the calorie used to measure the amount of energy used to change the temperature of water.

Yeah, you're technically correct - it does take calories (ie, body heat) to warm up freeze pops. But the amount of Calories you take in is a lot more than the amount of calories you burn.

Well this is a little trick people try to use to lose weight so they dont have to do the actual work. Yes, it might work but its going to be so little you wont see that big of a differance.

Try eating under 2000 calories.. You can get very full on 2000 calories a day. There are a lot of snacks with almost no calories. So they help keep you full between meals.

Then do some kind of workout 30 mins every other day and you will know a differance. Most of the time cravings and hunger are

In your head, in your head,
Zombie, zombie, zombie,
Hey, hey, hey. What's in your head,
In your head,
Zombie, zombie, zombie?
Hey, hey, hey, hey, oh, dou, dou, dou, dou, dou...

Sorry about that 90s style... lol cranberries in my opinion the only real good song they had.. .
