I also have the big food processor and stand mixer. With these two items, I have found that I rarely use the 3 cup mixer. What kinds of jobs would be good specifically for the smaller chopper?

Anytime you just want to make smaller portions and do not want to clean the big processor! Throw some avocado, onion a clove of garlic and some tomato in and POOF you have guacamole!

Get some tomatoes, onions, cilantro, jalapenos, garlic, oil and vinegar and make pico de gallo! All you have to do it chop them up.

throw it to the dog's or give it away...the best way to process food is with what mother nature gave you, which is your own chopper's. ( as gross as that sound's, consider the animal kingdom's process of regurgitation for effect's of preservation, of animal's longer lifespan etc... IF YOUR BIG FOOD PROCESSOR CAN SHOP 5 CLOVES GARLIC OR SMALL AMOUNT OF NUTS THEN YOU DO NOT NEED THE SMALL ONE .

how lucky you are!! use it to chop your veggies for soup, and your stuff for stuffing , and make some chocolate ganache for your cakes....
