Many, yes, especially those who lived during the first millenium.
Of course, EVERYONE in heaven is a saint, so escatologically speaking, we ALL have the same saints.

Yes, we do have same saints - the only diff is spelling i.e. St Anton - we have Antonie which is same really , but it very much varies on the country as spelling is different but saints are all the same.
My religion is Greek orthodox. I grew up through many Catholics and I always felt that there was no difference between those two religions - for me is all 1 as there is only one God. I am married to a Catholic and now I go to Catholic Church although I have A Greek Orthodox Church just across the road , but I prefer -always did- the Catholics as the service is shorter and they are more liberal.
It was one religion before anyway until the split in Constantinople.
It is very interesting to read about it -see link below.

The Orthodox Church is the Church founded by Jesus Christ and his apostles, begun at the day of Pentecost with the descent of the Holy Spirit in the year 33 A.D. It is also known (especially in the contemporary West) as the Eastern Orthodox Church or the Greek Orthodox Church. It may also be called the Orthodox Catholic Church, the Orthodox Christian Church, the one, holy, catholic, and apostolic Church, the Body of Christ, the Bride of Christ, or simply the Church.
The bishops of the Orthodox Church trace unbroken succession to the very apostles themselves, therefore ultimately receiving their consecrations from our Lord Jesus Christ. All the bishops of the Church, no matter their titles, are equal in their sacramental office. The various titles given to bishops are simply administrative or honorific in their essence. At an ecumenical council, each bishop may cast only one vote, whether he is the Ecumenical Patriarch or simply an auxiliary bishop without a diocese. Thus, there is no equivalent to the Roman Catholic papacy within the Orthodox Church.

The Orthodox and Catholics share the same saints form before the Schism of 1054,although some are are controverted like St Photios and Constantine I. The Orthodox and catholics canonized their own saints afterward but some are shared like St Sava of Serbia or St Francis of Assisi(New Skete Orthodox Monks,Cambridge,NY)
Some Orthodox groups are popularizing Pre Schism Western saints like St Patrick or Benedict among Eastern Orthodox.
