you seem like someone is is determined to excel but having a difficult time. When your body begins changing to its young adult form, your brain changes as well. This might account for your lack of attentiveness and your inability to change it.
I think you may need to talk to a counselor about this and the possibility of you having mild depression.
Honey everyone has trouble sometime and there is nothing wrong with asking for help. You cannot get a specializes personalized schedule here to fix your life the way you want to. You need a obhective person to talk to about your goals and how to achieve them with the changes that your body is presenting you with.
Is there a counselor at school or a church that you could start with, maybe they could help you to talk to your parents about starting a weekly counseling program with a professional?
You are not the only one with this problem. It is common for young people to have some trouble with managing life. It is not a bad thing just a change.
Good luck!
