Yes I think it is, n it's even better if the lemonade is homemade, so you're sure that it has no chemical stuffs or additives in it

They both contain large amounts of sugar but the lemonade - if it is real - has no other chemicals such as caffein, coloring and other "Additives". the sugar in small amounts will not harms you. Excessive amounts encourage diabetis. If your teeth are sound and you take proper care of them no problem, But if you have any fillings the sugar effect gan start decay along the edge of the filling. Don't count on honey as a sweetner either. You body views honey the same as sugar.

Lemonade is juice with nothing added. Cola is a mixture of chemicals. The sugar content is moot. That said, lemonade is the healthier choice.

Next time you go to the supermarket just check the ingredient label. I know lemonade does'nt have caffeine but it still has alot of additves such as a preservative that makes kids hiper also they both have the same amount of calories- too much.

You have that right, but if you use Splenda (an artificial sweetener made from sugar, not harsh chemicals like aspartame, for instance), lemonade is much better for you than any cola, even diet ones. :)
