Will God forgive me if i didn't go to church on one Sunday? I was sick! I feel really bad about it!

When Jesus took our punishment on the cross God has forgiven us of all our sins, past, present and future and we have received the gift of God's righteousness in Christ - 2 Corinthians 5:21, Hebrews 10:10,12,14). We are forgiven of our sins by what Jesus Christ has done and not because of anything we do, good or bad. You are still forgiven by God and righteous in Christ even though you did not go to church on one Sunday. There is no condemnation for you who are in Christ Jesus (Romans 8:1). God recognises your desire to go to church regularly. Be of good cheer and God bless.

God is not impressed with one's ability to put up some record of perfection regarding church attendance.
It is a non-issue.
There is no command by God to attend a church each and every Sunday. If you believe it is wrong, then I would question deeply the church you go to if it was your church that taught you it is wrong to miss a service.
I would very much appreciate it if you were to contact me and tell me what church it is you attend. I deal with people who go to abusive churches, and have a suspicion you are attending one.

You should not go to church when you are sick. You can worship God at home.

Go to church twice next week, i doubt if gods that unforgiving.

You should have gone to church even if you're sick. They'll heal you there & then.

there is no commandment about service
you are OK
the bible says its good to get together with
other believers, doesnt say u have to
every week
