If they are in your house look for where they are getting in and cover their entry points. Do not leave food out for your cats or dogs, instead put their food out when you can watch them and then remove it when they are through.
You can use a have a heart trap, but if there are large numbers of cats call animal control in your area.
Feral (wild) cats carry illnesses and should n't be brought into contact with house cats until they have been to the vet and gotten their shots.

If they're in the house, no problem.
If they're outside, most cats have a territory and will patrol it. Removing them only allows other cats to move in and take their place.
But honestly, the amount of time a stray would devote to one back yard is counted only in minutes. What's your problem?

Have you ever gave them food,if you have, stop giving them food and try to by a recording of a barking dog with a sensor so each time they go by that area, they will freak out and never come back.

are they actually coming into your home? if you have a cat flap, you may want to purchase one which only your cat can open. they carry a sensor on their collar and the slap can detect whe he is coming. i think you can get cat repellent for your garden... i remember someone mentioning it... otherwise call the RSPCA. they are brilliant and WILL help you. good luck!

Whatever you do, DONT FEED THEM. If you start to feed them, they will adopt you. And then, there is no getting rid of them.
What you can do to get them away from your house is to buy a dog, chase them away yourself, or call animal control.
