if im planning to work at England, what procedure should i get?

how bout my permanent residence endorsment at Singapore, will it be forfeited???

Will need to proof that you have enough money to stay tell you find a job and also need a work visa and its only good for 12 months good luck your singapore residence won't change.

unless you are english by birthright-stay in singapore-we have enough here already.
