Now if it is good enough for the US and other nations to take on Terrorists on foreign soil and lets not be mistaken here the PKK are terrorists as precribed by the EU, The US, Australia and other nations, and if there in fact is a true adherence to the concept of the Rule of Law at International Law and each Nation State has the Right of Self Defence should Turkey and her allies / "coalition of the willing" go into Northern Iraq and clear the area of ALL TERRORISTS ? Would it not be the US's interests to stop the IED bombers etc ??

Yes they should. But the problem is, they have been busy calling the Muslims in general terrorists at the moment. So any other major terrorist group would scatter the attention and make it almost necessary to bring out the question, why the U.S. and ITS western allies are only interfering with terrorism caused by terrorists from Muslim countries. You see it would arise a question, that they are not prepared to tackle.
They won´t full heartedly support Turkey in this issue and if they do it will be because there really was no other choice.
The U.S. administration is at the moment struggling in Iraq and within the States to keep this war going. They have picked up on something they had no clue about.
PKK is just a pain in the neck for them too but they cannot afford to make the Kurds in the north of Iraq angry either.
One should also remember that the U.S. has a different definition for terrorists. You are either on their side or you are against them. And you are on their side if you go along with what they want you to do. A very simple way to handle Turkey isn´t it?

Turkey and Iraq's counter-terrorism agreement was signed September 28, which limits Turkey from such an invasion.

Yes, Turkey dishonored the peace treaty of Serves and got away with it but that certainly doesn't give them any rights to do it again.

Turkey and ALLIES? :DDD

Oh boy. It's sad, actually. The universal values and descriptions look so empty now. What happened to the idealism?

Hi,

I believe, we have not got any allies in this world ...
In my opinion NATO = US,

If US want, NATO do it ,

So I am not sure NATO is our allies ...

We will see, maybe today or tomorrow, 3 days later, alltogether ...

Take Care
