yes....as people get smarter they are finding it harder to believe in a god that needs blood to wash sins

It is important to have a God that evolves through time as to your image you have of him/her. A good and a moral God would be happy, anytime you can get a better image of him/her. God's image, should be one that will work for you, and one that you can be proud of. Meditation /prayer can be used to help update this image. Of course, the imagination is important here.

God does 'evolve' in our imaginations. That is to say, we grow in our knowledge of what God is like. Mankind has grown or 'evolved' in their concept of God thru the ages.
I have the feeling you have not 'evolved' much from the ape man's concept of God, but I could be wrong.

God is made of colours that we do not know. I defy anybody to imgaine colours they do not know and see them in their mind.
