Sausage Balls
3 c. Bisquick
1 lb. roll sausage (med. or hot)
1 lb. Velveeta

Dice up Velveeta and add to other ingredients. Don't pre-cook the meat. Mix all ingredients with hands until well mixed. Shape in 1" balls and place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees until lightly browned. These can be made ahead and reheated if desired. Great for parties. Baking time 10 to 12 minutes.

These are better, in my opinion, if you use grated sharp cheddar cheese, but go ahead and use Velveeta if you want.

~~~~VELVEETA SAUSAGE CHEESE BALLS
1 lb. sausage, hot or mild (raw)
1 c. grated velveeta cheese ( I buy the pre grated)
3 c. Bisquick
1 med. onion, finely chopped
1/2 c. water
Mix together thoroughly and shape into small balls. Place on ungreased baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Drain on paper towel to absorb grease. Serve hot.
These balls may be frozen and reheated. Allow to thaw at room temperature before reheating. Yield: approximately 50.
