if there was a real answer to that question, I don't think this many people have to work as much as they do...
Just apply to fafsa and see what you can get from the government.

Ask Gordon Brown. He's worked out a way of taxing everything that moves and everything that doesn't move. He seems to make loads of money this way, and hasn't paid a penny of his own money to do it.
