Through Scriptural evidence - Mary Magdelene.
May have been His mother and others, but it diesn't say them.
She was saved by her Faith in The Messiah Jesus Christ.
Before He died, He told her; 'You Faith has saved you. Your sins have been forgiven, go and sin no more."
And she was The 1st one who met Him after He rose and He gave her a message to the disciples.
She in Faith and obedience, did....only to find a bunch of disbelievers!*
I think alone she is blessed and beautiful.
She certainly stands out as an example for us, and every body when we hear about the Messiah.

The first to be redeemed could be the following:
1: The woman at the well (who was not Mary Magdelene). She was the first evangelist during the ministry of Jesus (the first to go and tell others - so when you are told there is not a place for women in ministry, remember this nugget).
2: The disciples of John that followed Jesus, they were the first to follow him.
or 3: Nicodemus, who was the first to hear the words "born again".
The thief on the cross was the last to be redeemed during the life of Jesus
The women that saw Jesus after the resurrection were the first to be "saved", but she and the rest of the disciples were told to wait until the Holy Spirit was given.
Those in the upper room (120 people) on the day of Pentecost were the first to be filled with the spirit. Could this have been when they were truly "born again"?

I disagree with Mark that you are insulting our faith. I believe you just know in part, like we all do. This is an interesting question. Mark had a good answer except for the negative part.
Jesus told the thief that the thief would be with Him in Paradise. So? The first redeemed were those in Paradise waiting for the 'Lamb of God' & Resurrection. When Jesus raised up, then also those souls/spirits in Abrahams bosom raised up to the 3rd heaven.
So the first redeemed were those who were in Abrahams Bosom including the thief who confessed Jesus was not guilty of sin, & confessed Jesus Christ Lord & King. Who had confessed that he was guilty of the charges he himself was put on his cross for.
People were saved before Jesus went to the cross. Jesus healed & forgave sins, but the atonement for their sins wasn't done yet. So? Though those Jesus healed & forgave were saved before the crucifixion, their redemption came when Jesus said, "It is finished." on the cross.
There are few examples of some who went to heaven (up) rather than where the faithful were in 'Abrahams bosom'. It is believed that Moses is one of them who ascended.

Is this a question, or a statement?
God is omnipotent and omnipresent. It seems downright arrogant and sacrilegious to claim that salvation was given first to Mary. Yes, she was a magnificent disciple of Christ, but the moment Jesus died on the cross, we were ALL saved. Salvation didn't come only to those who first met him after his resurrection. Mary just happened to be there first and it signifies that women were just as instrumental as men in spreading the faith. And since God is all-powerful and everywhere, don't you think he would have been more than perfectly capable of washing all our sins away at once?
To claim that Mary is singularly blessed is also rather sacrilegious as God blessed ALL of us: Ephesians 1:3 "Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in the heavenly realms with every spiritual blessing in Christ."
Please be careful about what you proclaim; you've just insulted our faith.
added:
If my argument seems arrogant it is only because I have offended your beliefs. But I could not stand by while you so boldly declared statements of sacrilege.
Jesus died on the cross to save all of us. Our faith is based on our trust in Christ. For man's original sin, the penalty was death and there was no way we could ever pay this fine; animal sacrifices could clearly never wash us clean. God was gracious and eternally merciful so he gave us the blood of his own son so that we did not have to pay for our sins with our lives.
The woman at the well was not the first to receive salvation but among the few who accepted that Jesus was indeed the messiah so early on. The importance of the passage about the woman at the well is that this woman came clean to Jesus even though she could have just as easily lied. Though she was Samaritan, Jesus extended his love to her, even though her ilk were exiled by the Jews. This Samaritan woman, as well as we all, only received salvation upon Jesus' death. If the price of our sins is death, then how could we have been saved before Jesus' death? Note that the scripture you cite says "...Your sins HAVE BEEN forgiven..." Thusly, it is apparent through context that Mary had been saved BEFORE seeing Jesus again.
Additionally, Deuteronomy repeatedly tells us to worship God will all our heart and soul. This means that we must know and worship Him with intelligence as well as emotion and body. It is because of my intimate relationship with Jesus that I have such a passion when it comes to Christian debates. Truly, your statements have indeed angered me, but anger is not negative unless it starts becoming destructive or a tool of evil.
While I may have been harsh in saying that you insulted our faith, it was a result of outrage (and I thusly apologize for accusing you).
But you have said some things that were wholly sacrilegious and therefore insulting of the Christian faith. You gave importance and esteem to Mary that was unwarranted and unbiblical. Again, yes, she was an important disciple, but the way you made her out was bordering on idol-worship.
The only one deserving of such devotion and awe is God, the Holy Spirit, and Jesus. We may look up to the apostles and saints as they serve as unparalleled examples, but they should never be allowed to tarnish God's majesty... even in the absolute slightest. God's spotlight should never be moved even a millimeter from him.
While I do not profess myself as a Bible scholar or the best of Christians, I do know enough to speak up when something is amiss. I hope you understand my perspective.
I wish you the best and I will pray for your well being. God bless.
