why do some soldiers enjoy to slaughter innocent people so much??? For example, Hitler's soldier killed a millions of Jews,Pol pot killed 3 million Cambodians,......... I dont understand how could they proceed these kind of action. The victims are including infants, children, adults, and elders. Do these kinds of soldiers feel scare and guilty afterward or they are really enjoying it???? And i do really wonder how Hitler or Pol pot can train a normal soldier to become a killing machine???? Could you do that if you were one of them????????????????????????

If you look a history, these persons were leaders and you will see that such people thought they could get away with such a crime for ever.
So far, as far as I am aware, none have.

Some were brainwashed by Hitler's and Pol Pot's ideas. There are some people that are just as sick as them.
Some were threatened with thier own families being killed if they did not obey.
People who are like Hitler or Pol Pot will kill their own soldiers just as likely as they kill others.
In most cases its not a matter of enjoying, its a matter of being killed or their family being killed if they did not.

First of all no reasonable person wants to be a killing machine. These were not professional soldiers that were used by Hitler but the dregs of society who were criminals and the only way to stay alive was to do what they were told. Professioanl soldiers like Rommel and Donitz abhored the political swill of the SS.

Hitlers military, military police & political troops of the ss killed over 6 million Jewish people, hundreds of thousands of "Roma" / Gypsy's, as well as countless thousands of German citizens who were mentally or physically handicapped.
Pol-Pot and his gang killed more than 3 million or were responsible for hundreds of thousands more dying from starvation caused by the following of his "Back to years Zero policy".
When as hitler you define the Jewish people as a disease and spawn of the devil and play on the centuries of old superstition and mistrust, its easy to convince people that by killing them they are doing no moral wrong.
When you identify anything not conforming to the Aryan superman theory as being "untermensh" or sub-human again its easy to convince your brainwashed followers into killing them out of hand.
The two examples above fall outside that, of the innocent civilians who died in the fighting in WW2, more commonly referred to as nowadays "collateral damage"
