Can you say:

The actual dots doesn't match the word

For example:
......... (and word has to be "love")

Dots is plural so you need "don't" or "do not" with it, not "doesn't". But it's not very clear, either...Do you mean the number of dots is not the same as the number of letters in the word?

No. As dots is plural the correct english would be 'The actual dots do not (don't) match the word.'

No you can't say this. Dots are plural so we use do rather than does and to negate this we say don't. In terms of context, I can't think of any phrase that uses dots matching words.
