What is it advantage over the other for example of some of the algorithm i have known is annealing simulation, genetic algorithm, neural network, fuzzy logic, art colony simulation, Tabu search, are there more ?

Lots more. And the one that works 'best' (in some sense) usually depends pretty heavily on the application.

I sure would like to know what AI it was that I was hitting on back in the early nineties. We were chatting and getting along when the sysop (pre-internet) jumped in and said "you know you are talking to an AI, right?". I´d like to find that AI today and smack it around a bit...
