Don't suppose there will be a war in the first place. Singapore and the United States have been enjoying good relations over all these years. We are all peace lovers.

Maybe you should have rephrased your question.
The way I'm reading it, you're implying that the Singaporean Armed Forces would come to a war alongside their allies, the US Army, against some other unnamed opposing force.
Besides, everyone knows a single Singaporean rifleman could take out one... two... three platoons of American infantry. Fair dinkum!

considering the US along with russia and china is considered a military superpower, I'd tend to think singapore would probably get wiped out quite thoroughly

singapore, not because they are better but the american government will just stand by and let their men die while American civilians argue about attacking inoccent people.
