Hey,theres this girl that i see at a regular function that i really like, and think she likes me also,but need someone to help me know if she does or not, problem being, this function ends in another week, so i wont be seeing her for like another 2 years if i dont do anything!and dont wnna miss out on something really good. Basically i always seem to catch this girl glazing back at me at regular periods during the function(but only when shes not within close distance from me), its kind of like a look up, and as soon as she sees me looking back at her she turns away,but as soon as im in her face at close distance(cause we hand out things at this funtion), she will look in either direction but me, and then when i pass her, after a few meters and can catch her staring again at times. Im really open guy, and always make her friends laugh with things i do, but i tried my all to make her but she jst never looks at me when im in front of her. I wnt to ask her out and need advi

I do believe your shy. If you truly like this lady, here is a bit of help. Tell her, It would be great to see her elsewhere. If she gives you the, mm, not sure answer. Then may I call you and we can talk about it. Moral is, she is interested in you, bingo you get the lady. If she isn't,,then end it.

From the sound of it, I would say that she seems to have at least some interest in you. Her looking at you is indicative of an attraction towards you and her not looking at you in close proximity probably means she's shy and is insecure around you because perhaps she likes you.
Of course I can be completely wrong, but buck up and muster your confidence; just go ask her out! (but... add a bit of finesse).
You'll never know unless you take the risk. So take it.

If your girl to be is shy she'll appreciate it all the more if you take the plung and ask her out. Not many guys now days have the balls to ask a girl they really like out - unless they are totally up themselves and do it in a 'too casual way'/in passing, like it wouldn't matter if she said "no". So go for it man! Show her your care and ask her out in the most genuine way possible =)
