Yes. In your checked luggage. Just pack it carefully, and check your weight restrictions. It could end up costing you extra if it is overweight.

not on your carry on you cant... unless of course you buy it after passing security... but as for checked luggage, yes you can, pack it nice and good so it doesnt pop/spill.... good luck....
