I want to astral project, I have tried meditation to do it many times, and still have yet to succeed.
Does Anybody know a Link that they may send me which I can perhaps listen to some sort of hemi-sync sound that will induce an out of body experience?
If so, and if you dont wish to let it out to anyone else. Go to my profile and send it to me through a messege. But if there is no problem having the link shown , then feel free to post it in the answers area.
I dont have a job, so I dont have money to buy one of those cd's that is sold on websites.
so if it is Free only.
For reasons that are personal, I REALLY wish to experience astral projection.

Howdy folks, Hey Jake, to answer your question, I have only gotten to the point where I feel Light, and then im stuck at that position, Im not paralyzed, i just dont experience anything more. that i remember. i usually fall asleep.

Hi Alison, first , thank you so far for all the answers everyone, I look foward to seeing more of peoples answers.
Alison, I have been trying for bout five years now. and same result.
I have taken books out of the library etc, some real good ones too.
Also, I agree with you , indeed you and I think alike in that sleeep is astral projection , and i remember most dreams.
I seem to have a problem of being stuck at still only the early stage.
again keep bringing in answers folks, i really appreciate as many thoughts as will be.

Although I will be criticized for this, I believe in astral projection as well. I think that you need to keep meditating and keep practicing. Through your spiritual faith and practice you will grow and eventually be able to self astral project. Everyone does it in their sleep whether they realize it or not, but not many actually realize they can choose to do it through patience and practice. I suggest going to Barnes and Nobles and finding some books in the spiritual/new age section. You don't have to buy them, sit down and start flipping through some pages! That's why there's couches and seats throughout the store! Although I'm against using only websites as a form of learning something I'll provide you with some links.

There are many. But right now what comes to mind is about.com. Go to the paranormal section and search for astral projection and it will give you links, or just search astral projection. Or check out www.abovetopsecret.com. Also www.coasttocoastam.com and type astral projection in the search bar. There are many fantastic things there. Yes, it's all free. Easiest thing to do, is before you go to sleep, tell yourself you want to go to a certain place. But you'll find a world of info on www.coasttocoastam.com
