Dont fool for these's debt collecters they are a scam, they send bills that you dont even owe, they call u asking for your bank details.
Most people i know about this have recieved this letter because they use ebay but some have not.
Beware they are a scam.
As anyone had them bothering them with a bill.

We all need to come together and sort this out.
If we alll make a complant to trading standards or your local police asap then theres more chance they will sort it out because theres more complaints.

Ive heard storys about nans and grandads getting these bills and getting scared and fooling for them due to what they say is legal action.

DONT FOOL FOR THEM LETS SORT IT OUT.

Intrum Justitia have been around for a long time and are a well established debt collection firm. You must not ignore a letter from them but if you have a complaint the Financial Ombudsman is the place to send it.

They are a well established debt collector firm

and they are regulated by the office of fair trading which means trading standards would not get involved

The are not a scam

they purchase debts of banks and credit card companies etc and go after the debtor

It's not unusual for Debt Collectors to send bills to the wrong people ..

Often it's simply because you lived in the same house / flat as the debtor (or now live in the debtors house / flat) or have the same (or even just similar) surname to the debtor...

Do not open their mail, just use a black felt-tip pen to cross out your address and write on the envelope 'Not Known At This Address. Return to Sender' and stick it back in any postbox ... eventually they get the message ..
