I can't go to my mom she lives 6 hours away and has blocked our number because my dad kept calling her, so we have to wait until she calls us and I don''t know when that will be...
I can't talk to my dad he will think I am copying off my sister who already had a problem with cutting.
I just need help!!
I have felt this for almost two years now.
I am tired all the time, I almost eat nothing, I am concentrate and I freak out on just about everyone...like once a teacher ask me a question and I just freaked out on him.
I believe no one cares for me. My dad has said on several occasion that he wishes I wasn't here so he doesn't have to deal with me. My sister is the worst, and I would think if she has already gone through this she wouldn't . even if she doesn't think I am picking on me, basically bulling me could cause it.
What hurt the most....was the one person I though still care about my mom doesn't want me staying with her when I asked her...

There seems to be a lot of things that are going on in your life. A lot of those feelings are caused by the way that you became a victim when your family broke up. You need to find some kind of support okay. You need to find some stability. I hate to say this, but you will not find the answers to your problems through your parents. There is a group called Ala teen; it is really for those who have parents that are alcoholics. If you look up one near you you might find some others with similar problems as you. You will have a support network. They can help you find other sources that can be beneficial. I really hope that you do this because it will not get better by itself. I wish you all of the luck in the world. And remember that you are your own individual. You be who you want to be okay? Look on line and in the phone book. I am afraid that it will be up to you now.

Talk to a counselor or pastor, they could help you through this rough patch in your life. It also wouldn't hurt to get a hobby if you don't already have one to keep your mind off being depressed. You could also watch a funny program on TV or youtube, who knows? Maybe it might bring a smile to your face.

Regarding your friends, if they were truly your friends, they would stick by you through thick and thin, these friends don't seem to care about you, get some new friends.

Also, why should you care what other people think about you? The only thing that matters is that you look good in your eyes. Their opinion shouldn't even matter to you.

I'm so incredibly sorry you're feeling this way. Please promise you'll follow some good advice and see someone about this. Depression is horrible at any age, but you should truly be enjoying yourself at your age and two years of the pain of depression is two years too long. Again, I'm so terribly sorry you're dealing with so many issues; you may well be surprised how quickly you'll feel better when you, at the very least, have a reputable person to talk to.

If you feel able, you can start with your school counselor or nurse. If you don't want counseling at school, they can refer you to local agencies where you can receive counseling and treatment for free. I also think it's very important for your school counselor to know because this has to be affecting your schoolwork and social life at school.

You say you "believe no one cares for me." Well, I care for you for one. I wouldn't be writing this if I didn't. I'm sure many people care for you, but it's hard to realize that when your mind is so depressed...and confused with all the issues you're dealing with.

One thing I would NOT do. Don't just go to a family doctor who will ONLY prescribe an antidepressant. Antidepressants only are ill-advised for teenagers and it sounds like you're a teen; they can have a reverse effect. Many psychiatrists won't even see teenagers for treatment because of the potential dangers of antidepressant use in the young adult population. Antidepressants should only be prescribed by very reputable and knowledgeable psychiatrists who specialize in psychotropic medication and, in your case, only by a psychiatrist who specializes in young adults and only as a last resort.

Can you please promise to talk to a school counselor, local youth pastor, or teenage hotline (ask directory assistance or check out the yellow pages)? You won't even need to be a member of the church or have attended there; if it's a good church (as most are) they will welcome you with open arms. There you'll also find friends and people to help you as well.

It's hard to take the first step when you're depressed, but you're not alone and there are many people anxious to help you, for free. You will get past this. I'll be thinking of you and praying for you. :)

Go to a guidance counselor or a therapist. That's what you need right now.

I constantly remind myself that I have to be strong and to take on every problem, that failure isn't an option, and that only sissys get depressed.
