Call a vet. She will need to be knocked out to get that off. If you try it yourself, you are going to hurt her.
Are you talking about the stuff that hardens?

You should give her a bath with some kitten safe shampoo. Try to avoid her ears and eyes, and make sure you rinse her thoroughly. Because kittens are excessively clean, you should do this as soon as possible. The more she licks herself, the more poison she is ingesting.

Wahs her in warm water and dish soap, and rinse well. You can then apply conditioner and work it in to soften the foam.Try to get out as much as you can,and don't let her lick it.Cooling oil, worked into the mats may help, too.

read the container....what does it suggest to do if it gets on skin or hair? If that isn't helpful, try posting the question in home & garden. My uncle got some in his beard and he had to shave. First time he's been clean-shaven in my lifetime. Now I know why he wears a beard (he he he!)
