u can just go to their webpages and request a dealer to contact you. though if you are still studying, u can try to request a free limited version from them

Test drive the Eagle PCB design package for free. it does have size and component limitations in the demo version but it gives a good chance to test it out.

I have pcad, but I wouldn't do it again. They slowly return calls and have grumpy people.
