I would never purchase any game console. They're way too over priced.
I do have a playstation 3 but I didn't pay for it. I used one of those freebie sites.

I've had my 60GB Playstation 3 for a little over 10 months months, and I haven't had one problem with mine. The Xbox 360 has a pretty high system failure rate compared to the Playstation 3.

My PS3 has been on since (at least in standby) since November 28, 2006. Never had a problem. My 360 has broken twice (the sad part is that Microsoft "fixed" it and it still broke), don't buy a 360. They are garbage.
