Hmm. Well, it does say in the Bible that those who teach (like preachers) others spiritually have more responsibility, thus a stricter judgment than those who don't.
"Not many of you should presume to be teachers, my brothers, because you know that we who teach will be judged more strictly."
- James 3:1 (NIV)
As for different levels, I'm not so sure. I doubt that the rewards and punishments will be equal for everyone, though. I forgot what the book and verse was in the Bible, but within the Bible it's mentioned that the deeds of God's children will be tested with fire. That reaffirms the idea that not everyone will receive the same amounts of rewards or punishments.

As a mormon I believe that there are degrees of heaven, so to speak, but not a literal burning of hell.
Heaven is progression and knowledge. Hell is being stuck.
If you achieve the highest degree of heaven, or glory then you will have the ability to learn all the knowledge of God and to continue on in your own plan with your eternal spouse and family.
If you achieve the lowest degree of glory then you will not be unhappy or burning in a miserable hell but you will know that your actions has caused you to stay where you are at, with no ability to increase in greater knowledge or progress with your own eternal family.

First comes the separation of those for God from those against God.
Then in each place, there are different levels of rewards. All rewards in heaven are good in varying degrees. All rewards in hell are bad in different degrees.

Dante's inferno had the different rings of heaven and hell and purgatory. This apparently has no biblical foundation.

Here I'll tell you what I believe,a SPIRITUAL Satanist.We don't believe in god but do believe in satan(Not the one from the buybull) and his demons(The old gods).Heaven is a secret word for godhood,meaning you have become a god when you reach heaven.Hell is where you go when you reach godhood and its a magnificent place not a place to suffer for eternity.If you don't reach heaven(Godhood)then you don't go to hell and your reincarnated.Get it?Good.
