Is there really everyone for someone? If there is, there are six billion people on earth- what are the odds of him/her living in the same continent or same country, let alone the same city and state as you?
I don'r mean to sound cynical, because I really am the last of the true romantics, but the odds of someone finding their true love, their one and only, are about .000000001%. Thats assuming everyone actually finds "the one". How many people settle for something less than perfect?

I just ask this because I'm always in a relationship, but I always feel alone. I feel like half of me is missing, and I'm just wondering if I'll really ever find it.

I have a therapist, and apparently the root of all my issues is underlying tension with my parents that I'm not even aware of. Therapists don't know what they're talking about. I've been to several, and I was banking on them being able to fix me.

I wonder about this all the time. I doubt love all the time. It doesn't seem possible, right? If you wonder about this when you are already with somebody else - then that is a sure sign to break it off! But if you are with someone and you are happy and in love, then great. Being single for a loooong period of time can mess up your ability to believe in love and "soul mates".

I reckon that we all have more than just one soul mate. There are so many people in this world, and we must have more than one person out there that we can relate to perfectly and fall in love with so easily.. There has to be!

1. No one is perfect.
2. There is no such thing as a true love or soul mate.
3. Love and Marriage take work, lots of work.
4. Finding love is not about completing yourself. It's about a complete person finding a complete person and building a life together. If you aren't complete, see a therapist.

You are confusing "someone for everyone" for "soul mates." Someone for everyone means that everyone has a chance to find love. Soul mates mean there is only one person for you and, yes, that person could be living in another country. I believe in the former, but I do not believe in the latter.
