Depends on your relationship with the guy.
If it was a one-night stand, then I would think you'd just leave. You can be mad, but what does it matter?
If it was your boyfriend, then I would think you would wake him up and be pissed off at him. Depending on the situation, then you can decide whether to forgive him or not. And get him to make it up to you.
Full disclosure - this happened to me once. My girlfriend and I were really drunk, and she went down on me. It felt so good and relaxing, I fell asleep. She woke me up and was really mad. Drunk and offended mad. Not a good scene. But we got over it after I bought her something really nice the next day...

That would be worse than falling asleep while making out with your girlfriend. Something I've done. I couldn't fathom passing out with my johnson in some chicks mouth. That is a wake up call on many levels. First off, if that actually happened, he really ain't into you. Second, you need to work on your technique. Dude had to be super high or super drunk for that to happen. You'd be better off saving face and leave him be.

I wouldn't sleep with a drunk. I don't see what the attraction would be. But, to answer your question, I think I would just leave and let him sleep it off. Can you imagine how confused he would be trying to remember the next day?

omg why were you sucking a drunk guy dont u realise that he wont remember it..and yes i would be furious and embarrised because if a guy passes out while u sucking him that means you must really be bad at it..and i would personally just leave him
