This girl i really like already has a boyfriend. Sometimes if I see her though she will start fixing her hair and make eye contact with me. Then when I look at her she turns away. Can she still like me even if she has a boyfriend?

Yes. It's called lust and it's disrespectful. Hopefully, you will mature past this stage and realize that even if they do, then that means there is a chance they will like someone else if they get together with you. Be smart in your decisions. Especially when it comes to matters of the heart.

High School like is not as serious as everyone here is trying to make it sound. It's mostly social. It's not like you have to be deeply, madly in love. As such, you are allowed at some point to change your mind, as to what you're looking for in a boyfriend/girlfriend. It's not until you're an adult, that you can consciously choose to be monogomous.
This is also why teenagers are discouraged from having sex. This immature attitude towards relationship is not compatible to the long term implications of a sexual relationship.

Yes, it's possible, and it seems that she not only likes her boyfriend, but you as well. I suggest you ignore the flirting though, as she already has a boyfriend.

I have totally been there. This guy kept flirting with me even though he had a gf and i was going out with his best friend. Now that i broke up with the other guy i like him. I did when we were together too.
