A gun, bullets, fresh water, bottle of alcohol to clean wounds, a bottle of Aspirins, lots of chocolate, seeds, suncream Dana1981, Trevor, Mr Jello, ME and a boat.
Why? Bottle of Aspirins in case you drank the alcohol, seeds to replant, chocolate because we will all need it, Dana1981 and Trevor because they would know just what to do about Global Warming. Mr Jello, well because if the Global Warming didn't get us, then Mr Jello would amuse me to death.
If all that failed I am a crack shot and really fast at rowing a boat.

Don't need a Global Warming kit, that will happen but it won't sneak up on you. Better to prepare for a storm or power blackout.
A case of bottled water would be handy to go ith that kool aid.

Try asking for a brain transplant,because your new brain belongs in a survival kit.And what are they going to do with the brain you have now.Well you must put your whole head in a survival kit for futurama.Wrap lots of sausages around you to proove you are an animal.Bender is a robot.

You'll need to relocate millions of people, replace things lost to coastal flooding, and change around irrigation systems and where we farm stuff.
You'll also need to feed a bunch of people in places like Bangladesh, where much agricultural land is only a foot or so above sea level.
