insults or failures will make a girl lose confidence

Oh wow, it could be a million things. I'll try and list some stuff to give you an idea.
1. When a guy doesn't call her
2. When she's not complimented enough
3. When she dates ANOTHER jerk, and she somehow has to convince herself yet again, that she didn't do anything wrong and he was a jerk.
4. If she feels as though she deserved something and didn't get it.
5. When she steps on a scale, or looks in a mirror in a room with really bad lighting. Girls tend to judge themselves a lot.
6. If she feels like she's putting a real effort into a relationship and the other person is just stringing them along. Sometimes we just can't figure out why we can't get them to love us back when we've given them so much already.
7. If guys aren't honest with her, and she feels like she's been duped. They really need to step up and be straight about things, it would be so much easier and we wouldn't waste time and energy if you just said, "I'm not that into you" instead of dragging it out.
Oh geez these are pretty intense reasons that I feel now have almost all to do with guys. Girls get really stressed out because of relationships and trying hard for them. It's awful.

Society pressures them that they aren't good enough. Just look at tv: lose weight ads, buy clothes ads, have to wear jewelry ads, girls in bikini ads, make up ads, perfume ads, cooking good ads, cleaning products ads, kids' stuff ads, working ads, etc.
Everywhere you turn around is an ad of some sort telling a woman she's not good enough and would be better if she only bought their product. They prey on women's emotions and then can't figure out why they have no self-esteem.

Dont let anything put you down its not worth losing your confidence for anyone. Hold on to your dignity your self respect and confidence and get stronger every moment. Love yourself cause no one will love you more. Be strong mentally and physically.

they are surrounded by a society that treats them as less than... and the fact that it is so , under the radar so to speak, makes it even worse. I f it were out there in the open it would be easier to recognize.

i think grls r more confident than boys......they can lose their confidence when they r cheated by somebody.........mind u in todays world grls dont care that much about others ...they just find another one...

take my hubby for instance, I fix my hair, put on makeup look HOTT and I get NOTHING! 13 years of that makes you feel like you are nothing....

often because of how parents bring up their children, this can be a huge hurdle
