Beyond cancel , the infection parasites and bacteria can mutate into anti-biotic resistant organisms and become deadly .
But most people that 'must have' beer are brain dead anyway ,
Won't be a major loss .

Drink it and you'll know what happens.
If you don't believe the doctor and is brave enough to want to drink beer why not volunteer yourself for medical tests like a guinea pig.
In this way you may benefit society.

They tell you not to drink so that the antibiotic doesn't make you sick. Many will make you vomit violently, it has nothing to do with canceling out the efficacy.
