How can you tell? Does she bite her lip, stare at you, etc...??
If a girl does this to me should I go for it and kiss her?

body language tells it all. if she plays with her hair, fiddles with something (keys, door handle, etc), bashfully stare at you, etc... these are signs that she wants a kiss. either wait till the dates over (i had a good time, me too... slowly lean in for the kiss), or just keep staring at her slowly after saying something... and when she stares at you back (at this point its just silence), kiss her.

Usually, whenever my girlfriend wants a kiss, she stares at me for a few seconds to catch my attention, and if I'm totally out of it, she'll either take the initiative and kiss me, or she'll beckon me with a finger.
Girls will stare for a few seconds if you're in close range, and you can usually feel it if you are really into it. If you feel it's right, slowly make your move.

I went out w/ a girl once that asked me what flavor of lip gloss she should apply before we went out. That was a dead giveaway. And ladies, you might want to take note of that b/c it didn't make her come off as needy or sleezy, either. Yet, even a guy as clueless as me got the hint.

suddenly ther will be an awkward silence && if she wants to kiss you she will look nervous. she will stare at you for a while. shes prolly expecting a kiss. go 90% && she will go the nxt 10% if she wants to kiss you. close your eyes and go in.
