there is this person who is interested in me but its on the down low. im interested in this person .. but this persons car doesnt fit my standards or job. sounds horrible to write but the background i came from is something i dont ever want to go back to.... should i give it a try or just keep my standards?

You need to stop focusing on what type of car this girl or any girl has and if it fits "YOUR" standards. Materialistic means nothing. It's the person. Need to stop being so narrow minded and acting like a jerk because that is what you are showing here. Besides, Money can't buy love. Grow up!!!

Sounds like you came from a harsh life. I don't blame you for not wanting to go back there. But I have to ask you this, even if you pick someone who measures up to your standards, how do you know the two of you will always stay at that standard? There is no guarantee in life. What do you do when your love slips below later on. Do you end your relationship?
