Alex is ill!? She drank too much sangria! Lisa is her friend and is consoling her as she pukes her guts up! What do we sdoo?

Let her get rid of the poison (alcohol) and then give her water; she'll need quite a bit to re-hydrate. NO COFFEE! Dry toast would be good too if you think she can keep it down. Gatorade is great too if you have any. The more water she drinks, the less hung over she will be. Ice to the forehead and back of neck to offset any headaches.

Hold her hair until she stops throwing up. Give her some water to drink, and give her 2 Advil, her head will be pounding tomorrow. Also, make sure someone is there with her while she is sleeping and put her on her side and not her back in case she passes out and pukes again. If she is on her back or tummy she could asphyxiate herself.

Take some "candid" photos of Alex barfing and generally being a problem because of her drinking. When Alex has "recovered" show her the photos. Who knows, perhaps after seeing the photos she will clean up her act.

once she stops puking; give her an advil, tell her to drink water and eat bread. Make sure she's breathing ok and doesn't lose consiousness. She needs to get it all out, then get some rest.

Stay with her and make sure she is ok. Put her hair up. Make sure that when she goes to bed she is not laying on her back. If she gets sick in her sleep you don't want her to choke. Get some water in her. Good luck.

keep her hydrated with water!! small sips at first, then larger as she gets more sober. She's going to need it tomorrow to help with the hangover. Alcohol poisioning is never fun:( next time, drink water with your beverages. It may help you drink less

put her hair up in a pony tail or a clip so she doesnt barf all over it.

dont make her drink black coffee or the bread thing it doesnt work..no matter what you have heard..trust me..!
