why is that you have to have a liscense to catch a fish, but any dumb *** can have a kid???

i ask this question everyday ... I work for the government in housing and it seems every day some dumb *** comes in to say she's pregnant again ... and yet still has no job, no education but boy can they breed!!

Even tho some say this might be a good idea, You have to think about what kind of standard would there be to become a parent.?
Who would get to make these standards..? How rich, how smart, how this that and the other things.
My father could not read or write and he was a wonderful father, my mother had three children before me that she gave away, She was a wonderful mother,
Before I had my daughter people were so worried that I would forget the baby at the store or in the car that they called me for about 6 months after I had her to make sure she was still alive, but now she is almost 18 years old and doing very well..
Would these 'licenses' let us be parents or not..?
Think about every fault in your parents and see if they could pass a test to become parents if someone else made up the rules..

Lol, good question. Call it freedom. But I don't think there should be liscenses for fish. I hate having to buy those day permits.

Ok, you are equating having a license as having an improved ability or permission to do something.Using this same rational look at how many people are driving and have passed the requires written and road tests and they still speed,drive drunk,road rage and drive while suspended .Did passing a government test make them better drivers? what makes you think passing a test will make a person a better parent? Intelligence and common sense are not the same thing and parenting requires both.

i knew this lady a while back who had nine kids by several different dads and was obviously milking the whole welfare thing for all it was worth. i asked myself the same question quite frequently. of course, more frequently i just asked myself.. why?? what were you thinking.. condoms are cheap.

you need a liscnese for fishing so people dont overfish and some fish will become extinct. and to answer your other question i DONT NO I THINK ITS SO RETARED THAT IRRESPONSIPLE PEOPLE ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANOTHER HUMAN BEING UGH!!!
