NO!! Do not be fooled into thinking that you are behind the times. There are so many pressures these days for teens that many of us did not have (I'm 29 now). You shouldn't be focused on dating at such an earlier age. You have a lifetime for that. Take it easy, don't panic, maybe go on group outings with your friends. I didn't have my first real kiss until the summer of my freshman year. Whatever you do in the long run, wait as long as you can before you have sex and don't be pressure by guys. Otherwise, condoms, birth control and regular trips to the gynecologist are a MUST! But, sex should be WAY long off!

no, whats the rush? your 12 1/5 take it from someone who is older..relationships can be a pain and they are a lot for anyone to handle let alone a 12 year old. I'm 19 and I have lots of stress and problems from my relationship. Don't panic. just wait until your ready for it and then go for it. don't feel pressured into it though, otherwise its not fun. and besides, if you wait until you are older to have a relation ship and don't go out with tons of guys people won't think ur easy. I don't know about most guys...but I would certainly prefer a girl who has no experience than a girl who has lots of experience..talk about all used up....not to mention that in this day and age there are sooo many diseases that you can get just from kissing let alone anything else you might end up doing (to clarify...sexual stuff) just from kissing you could get herpes, which there is no known cure for. If you ask me your better off waiting, less stress, less potential problems. and hey your 12, the odds of you finding a guy that your gonna spend your life with are slim to none, although once in awhile it does happen... (by the way, don't let me impose those religious beliefs on you, not all cultures agree that you should find one mate and stay with them, thats a religious belief)

just make sure that before you go ahead and do anything with anyone you use your head a bit, think about the consequences to your actions. say you decide to go out with a guy and think ur ready for sex.next thing u know u have a baby growin inside you..now what? or you have an incurable disease like herpes or aids.....or now everyone is calling you a **** at school and you have to deal with that..or your parents find out... or you think your ready and when ur bout to do something you change your mind(if you think a 12 year old boy would understand that, think again, i used to be a 12 year old boy, they would laugh and trash talk you).....just a few things to think about..and not to sound too cliched, but don't give in to peer pressure

as a little add on...you should also not worry bout it right now and focus on school, believe me, once you get a little older and grow some boobs...chances are the guys won't leave you alone, so you should enjoy your guy free life while u have it, the average life span these days is i think around 90ish, so to put that in perspective...you'll have roughly 40+ years to do whatever you want with guys... the smart thing to do would be to get smart in school and get a good job so later you don't have to depend on a guy for a place to live.

Absolutely not!

I'm 18 years old, in college, and I've been told I'm intelligent, beautiful, talented, and kind. And, yet, I've never experienced a "real" kiss. I say real because the only time I've physically kissed anyone was when I played Desdemona in Othello. In other words, it was a stage kiss; i didn't have any feelings, or even an attraction, for the guy I had to kiss. So, even though I've technically "kissed" someone, I've never (at least I don't consider myself someone who's actually) kissed a guy.
I have a ton of guy friends with whom I've had attraction/relationship-based conversations, and every time I've admitted to never actually having kissed a guy, their reaction has been one of complete shock and disbelief.

Now, since you've never met me, you may be assuming that I'm delusional in telling you I'm attractive, talented, and intelligent. I don't really know how I can reassure you that I'm not lying to you. But, based on my personal situation, I can tell you that you shouldn't feel like it's something that you have to do; it should be something you WANT to do because you're genuinely attracted to someone. You can be a desirable person and still not have been kissed by anyone (especially at 12....you're not that old!).
Trust me it's a matter of the "right moment" rather than one of the "right age".
Good luck (to both of us- lol.)

really...everyone is different and personally, i'll say you're the wisest out of your group because relationships should be taken truthfully and responsibly. I know I sound like a mom, but I'm 14 and I have lots of friends have experienced all that "great stuff", and they all regretted it. Love and all that is REALLY precious, it's something that REALLY shouldn't be rushed into. So don't worry about it. When the time comes, it should be natural and if it is, it'll be the best thing on earth. Nobody will think any less of you and if they do then their just JEALOUS! :)

no and what you should be worried about is getting in the middle school and not thinking about kissing some old little boy or man you should be thinking about A's and B's and not some boy at your school nor any other school your mom need to put some stripes on your back side from even posting such trash little girl I bet that you are one of the girls that will have a baby by the time you make it to your high school or you would have been pregnant and just chose to abort the baby thinking that it would be the best for you and the child ,but let me tell you something please slow down you have all the time in the world to think about kissing believe me I had my baby at age 27 and I was married my husband left us when she was three months and I had a good job and it was very hard that's why I'm talking to you like this please wait you have a lot of time to think about them (boys) I mean

No I'm almost 14 and my friends have had lots of boyfriends and I've only had 1. They've already kissed and I haven't . I guess I haven't met my first kiss guy yet, and neither have you. He'll come though so don't worry.

No, you should not panic.

However, the fact that you want to panic should make a very important point clear to you; some of your friends are probably panicing too, and pretending to have been kissed.

If it makes you feel better, you can lie as well, but actually going out to get kissed, because of peer pressure, is foolish at best, and dangerous at worst.

You only get one first kiss in life, wait until the right time, and it can be a memory you treasure for life, rush into it, and it easily turn into something you wish you had never done.

NO!!! NO!! NO!!! I won't go into when I had my first kiss but I will say this. When you find the right guy, and the time is right then that is when you will know. No one can tell you when its right. I wish I could give you a date and time like... (hypothetic answer) Halloween at 9:27 p.m. in front of your school after a dance or something. No one can tell you that its time. Not even me. You are doing nothing wrong. Just do what you do.
