This question makes about the least amount of sense to it of any I have read since joining Yahoo answers. How long did it take you to put this together in your mind??? Very strange.
As for the negotiating with God issue. I believe that in His mercy, if he had asked about even just finding ONE person, God would have stayed His hand. He just underestimated God's mercy and quit too soon! That is just my personal belief, going along with the belief that Christ would have done the same for just one sinner, if that is what it took to allow mercy enough to enter into God's family.

God gave us a sense of right and wrong.
So, in a way, He already gave you an answer.
The very thought that the Big Guy in the Sky might disapprove is the sense of wrong. That sense of wrong is your answer.
Just because you don't get a stone tablet every time you have a question, doesn't mean He didn't answer.

I totally get your point, but I think most religious people would point out that Jesus wouldn't respond to any moral question, because you're supposed to figure it out yourself. That way it's on your shoulders! But I agree it's a valid point.

Let those who have ears to hear, hear. How do you know that Christ isn't speaking to you, but you cannot tell His voice from your own "shouting in the wind"?
If you choose not to hear Him, which would be clear that His will is not to follow through on such an awful plan, then it is your debt to pay... unless. Well you know the rest.

If Jesus did exist, I guess the blame falls on him for not speaking up, and keep in mind, he did say in Luke 19:27: "But those mine enemies, which would not that I should reign over them, bring hither, and slay them before me". So, if this guy wasn't a believer, according to the bible, it would be "kosher" to kill him.
However, this probably won't go over well as a defense in court, unless you plead insanity...

city_vixen21: "You can't negotiate with God, silly!"
That's bull**** and as a christian you ought to know better. Genesis 18:
"22The men turned away and went toward Sodom, but Abraham remained standing before the LORD. 23Then Abraham approached Him and said: “Will You sweep away the righteous with the wicked? 24What if there are fifty righteous people in the city? Will You really sweep it away and not spare the place for the sake of the fifty righteous people in it? 25Far be it from You to do such a thing–to kill the righteous with the wicked, treating the righteous and the wicked alike. Far be it from You! Will not the Judge of all the earth do right?”
26The LORD said, “If I find fifty righteous people in the city of Sodom, I will spare the whole place for their sake.”
27Then Abraham spoke up again: “Now that I have been so bold as to speak to the LORD, though I am nothing but dust and ashes, 28what if the number of the righteous is five less than fifty? Will You destroy the whole city because of five people?”
“If I find forty-five there,” He said, “I will not destroy it.”
29Once again He spoke to him, “What if only forty are found there?”
He said, “For the sake of forty, I will not do it.”
30Then he said, “May the LORD not be angry, but let me speak. What if only thirty can be found there?”
He answered, “I will not do it if I find thirty there.”
31Abraham said, “Now that I have been so bold as to speak to the LORD, what if only twenty can be found there?”
He said, “For the sake of twenty, I will not destroy it.”
32Then he said, “May the LORD not be angry, but let me speak just once more. What if only ten can be found there?”
He answered, “For the sake of ten, I will not destroy it.”
33When the LORD had finished speaking with Abraham, He left, and Abraham returned home."

That's what they call free will, baby. Live with it. You'll get yours one day, even if it only leads you to jail.
Besides, if that guy is a jackass, jesus probably wants him gone anyway...
