So my BF has hidden pictures on our computer. I can't open the file, I don't know the name... so would anyone know how to open it.... I think he's up to something not good..... What if its pics of another girl???? I need to know we've been together for almost 5 years!!! someone help me...

Leave it alone, it's none of your business. Contrary to popular belief, there ARE secrets and boundaries in even the most intimate of relationships. Show him that you respect his privacy, and show him that you're aware of the file, but that you don't want to know what's in it, and he'll understand that you trust him.
Now, for part 2: You've given him a measure of trust. Make sure he's aware of it. Tell him "I trust you to honor our relationship." This spells it out for him. Get him to talk about the importance of trust in a relationship WITHOUT VOICING YOUR SUSPICIONS. You're taking the moral high ground here, and he'll see that you value yourself and are willing to assert yourself.

You've been together 5 years. You should trust him and know him well enough to determine whether or not he's being faithful to you. Don't freak out about what could be nothing. Just talk to him.

as a man who was accused of cheating by my lovers mother when i did not. just ask him in a caring tone of voice if need be ask to see file its probaley pics of something he might think you would think is boring or it could be a surprise for you either way it is holding back your relationship and it will until you do something.

Oh my goodness. Well, I don't know how to open the file, but you SHOULD be able to. and if it's a picture of another girl, so WHAT as long as he likes you. and not her. Don't be so sneaky, Guys dont like that. But try to keep it on the DOWN LOW so he doesn't find out you know about it, but ask him about it.

This is a little ridiculous. What you don't know won't hurt you. If you really must know, then ask him to open it for you. If he refuses, then you have good reason to be suspicious.

Talk to your boyfriend and ask him what the pictures are. Please do not over react if it's just porn, guys like it, it has nothing to do with the state of your relationship. If your boyfriend has nothing to hide, he should be ok with letting you see the pictures.
