My RUN command is gone.URGENT HELP!!?

I just removed the MS32DLL malware on my computer n here's the problem.
My Run command is gone. I've tried to turn it on by going to properties>customize>advance
and i can't find the RUN thing..
PLEASE help...
i dont wanna format my laptop again....

Your PC is still infected, I fixed one last week that had the same sympton.

Hold down the windows key (between Ctrl and Alt) and press R. This will bring up the run box. To get the command back, rightclick on start and choose properties. Select the start menu tab and click customize. Scroll down until you find the Run command and check the box.
