Anything cooked with love would be great for an anniversary dinner.

Sounds great. You might also add a salad. Or make your baked potatoes into twice baked potatoes if you can both afford the extra calories. And a nice glass of wine can further set the mood. What about candles on the table!?! But not if your little one from your Avatar is going to be around.

I don't know...squash AND
zuchinni? Aren't they both the
same? This is not my idea
of a ribeye dinner.
I would leave out the squash
and just have a nice salad
with lots of fresh veggies (spinach/mushrooms/grape
tomatoes/diced celery/maybe
hard-boiled egg.)
With the dessert, this is
plenty.

Maybe 1.5 stars. Why ? because that's a very ordinary meal for a special event.
Leave the ribeye
Sauce it with a Bearnaise or a Bordelaise Sauce
Make asparagus your veg
Make & pipe Potatoes Duchese
