MyFico.com it's their scoring system.

Paying for a credit monitoring service is really a waste of money. I hope you aren't paying for two monitoring services.

You can monitor your credit by spacing out your free credit reports from the three credit bureaus to one every 4 months. Get your free reports online at AnnualCreditReport.com. You have to pay for your score but monitoring the items on the report is more important that the score.

Citi only monitors your Experian credit report, which you could do yourself with MyFico along with your TransUnion and Equifax reports/scores. They're both reliable but MyFico is a sort of hub for all three bureaus.

If you simply space out your reports, the information is not as complete. I have been surprised when TransUnion rated my credit as poor the very same day when Equifax was still rating my credit as good and I was only one point below the next higher category. Apparently, they don't use the same criteria. TransUnion probably takes into consideration fewer factors, especially how much you actually owe, which Equifax must have compensated to some extent by using other factors that were in my favour.
