Mow the lawn
Weed Wack the lawn
Rake the leaves
Pick up Branches
Paint the house, fence etc.
Spread Mulch
Weed the Yard
Sweep the Walkway and Driveway
Pick up any debris or newspapers from the front walk
Wash the Car
Wash the House Windows on the Outside
Inside:
Do the Dishes
Clean the dinner table off (put the food away and all)
Clean the kitchen counters
Sweep the kitchen/bathroom floor
Wash the kitchen/bathroom floor
Clean the bathroom toilet
Clean the bathtub/shower
Clean the mirrors in the house
Vaccuum the carpets
Take out the dirty clothes from the hamper
Make their bed
Pick up the house
Fold the laundry
Put the laundry away
Clean the windows in the inside

Raking leaves, dog walking, babysitting, mowing lawns, shoveling snow, put flyers in peoples mailboxes saying you are 13 and willing to help them with jobs for extra money. I am sure people in your neighborhood have all kinds of things you could help with!

If they're mature, they might get hired to coral shopping carts at a grocery store. They could pass out fliers soliciting to do yard work. They must do excellent work to get excellent references.
