LSD also called "acid" is a hallucinogen. It makes you see things and usually makes you really happy and giddy. Physically, it doesn't do much, if any damage. In fact, it's out of your body almost before the "trip" is over. It can cause psychological problems from short term "bad trips" to psychosis if it is used often enough. Sometimes, the drug will overwhelm you and the hallucinations become scary (like you are in a nightmare) and you panic. This is called a bad trip.

LSD is not physically addictive and not especially addictive psychologically.

LSD is best enjoyed if you are at peace with yourself and in a safe place when you take it. Take it only if you are looking for answers within yourself but be prepared for what you might see.

For the record, LSD is very difficult to get your hands on.

Whats Lsd

- It's availability and cost varies location to location. I hear it's somewhat rare in the US these past few years since the major LSD lab crackdowns. In Canada, at least near Vancouver, it's cheap and everywhere.

- It causes intense hallucinations

- While I don't believe it's physically addictive (You're body will never need it to function), it is probably quite mentally addictive (Forget about your body, YOU'LL need it.).

- No drug is safe, but LSD has few dangers compared to other drugs. About the worst you can get without overdosing is a bad trip that will scare the crap out of you for weeks to come.

I myself have never tried it, but I know people who have tried it a couple times and successfully stopped without any withdrawl symptoms or things like that.

It's a hallucinogenic drug that causes hallucinations.

From NIDA InfoFacts:

LSD (lysergic acid diethylamide) is one of the major drugs making up the hallucinogen class of drugs. Hallucinogens cause hallucinations—profound distortions in a person’s perception of reality. Hallucinogens cause their effects by disrupting the interaction of nerve cells and the neurotransmitter serotonin. Distributed throughout the brain and spinal cord, the serotonin system is involved in the control of behavioral, perceptual, and regulatory systems, including mood, hunger, body temperature, sexual behavior, muscle control, and sensory perception.

Under the influence of hallucinogens, people see images, hear sounds, and feel sensations that seem real but do not exist. Some hallucinogens also produce rapid, intense emotional swings. One of the most potent mood-changing chemicals, LSD, was discovered in 1938 and is manufactured from lysergic acid, which is found in ergot, a fungus that grows on rye and other grains.

The effects of LSD are unpredictable.

Have you heard of Acid, micro dot ?? people have died using this drug, maybe not from the drug itself, but the reaction or trip they experience, some believe they can actually fly while on this stuff, other will just see things that are really not there. sometimes they have "bad trips" and sometimes good ones, but any trip can allow for flashbacks the rest of their life. It can be very dangerous and unpredictable. As well as at least emotionally addicting.

It's a drug and like most chemicals made in someone's home lab, it's unstable(never know what other crap they add to it) and highly addictive. Stay away and party some other way that won't screw up your life.
