Although some would say "Who cares?" I actually understand how you feel about this. Six is a big number for guys and I was 5 11 at fourteen. I never did hit six. I hope you keep growing, some guys grow until they're twenty or so. So anything's possible. Eat right, get enough sleep, excercise some but don't overdo it. Don't smoke or do drugs. All these things sound cliche, but I wish I hadn't done some of the things I did at your age, I think that's part of the reason I never grew anymore. Good luck!!

I was 5'11 when I was 12, I'm 18 now and I've only grown 3/4 of an inch since then. I have an uncle who was like 5'5 until he was about 15 then in two years grew to 6'4. It differs for everybody. Your best bet for an answer would be to A) look at your parents and see how tall they are and get an approximate from that, and B) Talk to your doctor because he or she knows you best and would be most able to predict your final height.

In laymans terms, your "growth plates" in your bones are active until age 21 for males or 18 for females. If you are only 16, you still have quite some time to grow. However, this is also based on genetics so it all depends on your DNA! But since you only have an inch to go, it's a safe bet that you'll be at least 6 feet by the time your epiphyseal (growth) plates become inactive.

There is a very good chance that you will as you are under 18.

Males usually stop growing at 18 and often earlier but sometimes growth continues beyond 18.

Yes, chances are you will since you will not stop growing until 21.

Check your genetic inheritance as well. Dad, uncles from both mother and father side of the family, any 6' 8 members in there?

I know a family where the shortest is 5'11 , and she was a lady who was sickly as a child.

Well consider yourself lucky. You're a lot taller than me, and I'm 23! I would say you could get to 6'0 because you can still grow even into your late teens/early 20s. That's what I did.

Good luck!
