what is a resonable price to have a new a/c compressor installed in a 95 buick?

is ther any way to bypass the a/c compressor on this year/model 1995 buick le sabare

You can remove the belt from the a/c. If it is a serpentine you will need a shorter belt. I would suggest you take it to an a/c shop that specializes in auto a/c. It may be repairable. I rebuilt my comp. on a dodge for $20 in seals and o rings. Stay away from dealers

You might be able to bypass it if you can live without air conditioning. A complete repair would probably cost more than the car is worth.
