I do not blame those Zionists who believe the Israeli did not do anything wrong and the wrong doing is only on the Palestinian side or the Arab side. For years those people are fed false propaganda and fabricated lies.
1. They were told that there is no country or a
region called Palestine.
2. There were no people living in Palestine only
few nomads here and there.
3. The Arabs started all the wars and they want to
destroy Israel.
4. The Palestinians are not ready for peace.

You rightly note that the Arabs attacked Israel. In defending herself yes, Israel acquired land not originally hers. But please name one country that has returned land acquired in these conditions, namely, war.
What guarantee is there that the Arab nations won't again turn on Israel? It's happened on three separate occasions already!
Israel must have security. Look at what Syria used to do when she had control of the Golan Heights; she used that area to launch attacks on the Israeli kibbutzim down below, and innocent children and adults were killed.
Now Israel has the Golan, this can't happen any longer.
All that said, I have great sympathy for the Palestinians; they have suffered terribly, mostly because of what the Arab countries have done to Israel ever since 1948.
Olmert said only this week that he will consider returning East Jerusalem to the Palestinians; this is a gigantic step, no?
What you are asking, essentially, is that the Israelis should care more for the Palestinians, than the Arab world does. Does that seem fair to you either?
I agree the Palestinians need their own state. It's just a question of achieving this, without endangering Israel's security.
HOPELESS
Honestly, the 'plan' from the beginning was simply for a tiny Jewish state to exist peacefully in the midst of larger Arab nations. That's all Israel wanted. As Mimi notes, it was the Arab countries that initiated the war - NOT the Israelis. Surely this is a key point?
And I don't think we could have a more democratic forum than this one; everyone is free to have their say, and argue, and disagree - but we all respect each other. I wish every nation on earth followed these principles, don't you?!

Jews come from all races. There are Caucasian Jews, Black Jews, Asian Jews, etc. If you take a look at a world map, you will see that Israel is not part of Europe. Europe is a continent. Israel is in the an area known as the Middle East. It borders the Mediterranean Sea and Egypt. It is possible your Israeli bosses are originally from Europe, therefore consider themselves to be of European background or ancestry, much like many Americans still incorporate their backgrounds when describing themselves.

For starters, give "back" requires that the one receiving said land was the same one who lost said land. In this case, the West Bank was conquered from Jordan, and so giving "back" would mean returning the land to Jordan, something I assume you do not endorse. Unless you are a proponent of pan-Arabism, which effectively invalidates Palestinian claims, you would like Israel to give up the West Bank rather than give it back to Jordan.
As for the last part, Israel has already given up Gaza! Has that already been forgotten? Beyond that, Israel elected a party ready to do the same with the West Bank, and the only thing that derailed that idea was the election of Hamas showing that giving without receiving creates more problems than solutions. If this isn't enough to convince you that Israel is willing to give, then nothing will and nothing will satisfy you.

You obviously totally ignarant of the history of the middle east. I teach history in the UK .I take no sides but we must acceipt both the history and the bible facts. Palistinians belong to Jordan . Most of the west bank actually belong to the Isrealites whether you like it or not. . For 400 years almost the entire Middle East was occupied by the Ottoman Empire ( Turkey) There was no Syria,Iraq,Lebanon Jordan, It was the European powers again because of the influence oil created these countries. In 1948 when the Jews were given back the land of their fore fathers without oil concessions the Arabs protested and attacked Israel , they all had a very short memory and purposely forgetting that they themselves were given land in the exact same way. It is a well known fact to all intelegent people around the world that the word Palistine is derived from the word Philistines. In fact all who lived there Jews,Christians,Arabs Greeks were all called Palistinians. There is no Palistinian nation. After conquering the land of Israel the Romans renamed it after the biblical enemies of the Jews. The Philistines who were never ever Arabs but Greek. Again a historical fact the British unlawfully violated the Mandate and instead of giving back the biblical land of Israel back to the Jews who had been living there for thousands of years .In 1922 the British gave almost 80% of the Jewish biblical land of Israel to the Hashemite Arabs now known as Jordan including the West Bank. These are the facts so please next time get your facts right before making a statement.

ultra, 4000 years old? you have a map? The israelites where not the first people so everyone needs to stop quoting a some comic book found in a cave. international law states that all land acquired by acts of war must be returned. By that notion alone israel is in the wrong from the beginning.

Isn't the key sentence in your question, " The Arabs attacked the Israelis in 1967 . . . " ?
If the Arabs had won in '67, do you think they would have "given back" the land they took by force?
I don't mean to be offensive or anything but, just out of curiosity, exactly what planet do you live on and how does "logic" work there?
Here on the planet Earth, if someone attacks someone else with the intention of murdering them, then gets their butt kicked, it's generally considered that they got what they deserved.
Only the Arabs seem to whine about losing . . .

My friends
Give up / give back / hand over - it's all the same to me.
The Sinai was part of Israel for fifteen years, but Israel returned it to Egypt in 1982.
And two years ago Israel evacuated its settlements in Gaza and handed over the land to Palestinian control. Yes we retained some powers over who and what crossed into Gaza from Egypt, because we were worried about how the militants might use their new-found freedom. And how right we were to worry, with rockets now raining down on us daily!
With the Sinai, the result to date has been twenty-five years of enduring peace. We hoped that Gaza might also be a big step on the road to peace, but this one really blew up in our faces.
So in answer to your question, we have given up parts of Israel before, and we will do it again in the future so long as our compromises will not go unrewarded.
Peace

Israel has already given up land but thats beside the point. They may or may not give up more. I imagine it depends the behavior of the Leaders that want nothing more than to destroy her.
One thing: Its not an occupation. The Balfour declaration actually had the size of Israel much larger.
If that doesnt work--Check your Bible for what God says as to the size of Israel. That is what Israel will look like in the future.
