i need to know srry if thats not what people from pakistan are called

Well... "Pakistani" is not a language.
Maybe you are thinking of Urdu (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Urdu_language ).
If that's the case, "hello" is said

(āssālam 'alaykum) السلام علیکم

nats javier is right aaslyam alykum is how its said ive heard it said that way
but some pakistanis maybe also say hello by using the hindi word for hello namaste
it really depends what part youre from

Muslim Pakistanis say Assalam alaikum.
Nine is wrong. Namaste is a Hindu greeting.
